Very few people have heard of 'The Coudenhove-Kalgeri Plan'.

In his 1922 book 'Praktischer Idealismus', Coudenhove-Kalergi puts forward the proposition that the residents of the future 'United States of Europe' will be a kind of sub-human, a products of miscegenation. He states that the peoples of Europe should interbreed with Asians and colored races, thus creating a multinational flock with no quality and easily controlled by the ruling elite.

Kalergi proclaims the abolition of the right of self-determination and then the elimination of nations with the use of ethnic separatist movements and mass migration.
