WARNING RAW VEGAN DIETS CAUSE EATIN DISORDERS!!!

I really felt that I needed to make this warning video to warn people about one of the big dangers of switching to a raw vegan diet of which I have had experience with in the past.

That danger is that for so many people that switch to a raw vegan diet long term end up forming a clean eating disorder known as Orthorexia Nervosa and this is normally for people who have never had an eating disorder prior to switching to this diet.

This is not something that people talk about in the raw vegan dietary movement and most people only come to the realization that the raw vegan diet has caused them to get a clean eating disorder when they have completely hit rock bottom with this diet due to it effecting there health so badly holistically.

But until that realization people on this kind of diet even when the diet is no longer making them thrive and function optimally they tend to say its because they are going through detox symptoms and that every ill effect that happens on this diet is just some deep cleansing going on within them.

This then leads them to do things like juice cleanses, water fasting, and various other things to detox the body even more on this malnourishing unsustainable diet that induces a vast variety of nutritional deficiencies in people long term which then results in them becoming more malnourished. When in fact what they need to do is stop cleansing and detoxing the body and just switch the diet completely to a nourishing sustainable diet.

I have seen many people including myself mess their health up so badly due to eating this way and I need to warn others about everything I have mentioned above so others do not follow the same extreme dogmatic raw vegan path that made us form such extreme an extreme clean eating disorder, learn from us rather than learning the hard way by finding out yourself by trying the raw vegan diet out.
