David William Rasnick, PhD is an American biochemist with over 40 years experience, 20 years in the pharmaceutical/biotech industry. He has worked on emphysema, arthritis, parasites, cancer and AIDS. He is known for his leadership of the AIDS dissident movement, which disputes HIV is the cause of AIDS. He was an advisor to President Thabo Mbeki of South Africa and member of the Presidential AIDS Advisory Panel in 2000.
