Lecture by Phillip E. Johnson

Johnson's book "Darwin on Trial" was a great read. I got the hardback on sale somewhere randomly and i think that book alongside Stephen Meyer made me have lasting doubts about evolution. I heard a prominent Chinese scientists say "in China you can criticize Darwin but not the government, in the US you can criticize the government but not Darwin." I think that this cold nihilistic survival of the fittest Darwinism is pretty central to ruling class ideology and I think that that is why we can't criticize it. Our globe trotting elites who manage our societies in US and Europe are not nationalistic or patriotic. They don't care about that kind of heritage. Its these misanthropic scientists who they defend the most.
