Bitcoin Discussion: Jesse Myers and Marty Bent

Marty Bent and Jesse Myers discuss the inevitable depression that is coming. I see the solution is free energy. It will pay off all unfunded liabilities, save the USD from worthlessness and make the entire world wealthier. What other way can we make it through this coming severe recession or inevitable depression? Printing money is very destructive. The rulers won't allow the free market to work. They try to rig everything and their own corruption ruins everything and makes people suffer. Free energy will pump in value to solve all financial problems. If the USD goes to shit, bitcoin does extremely well. If investors get tired of rigged gold and silver prices, they flee and bitcoin does extremely well. If stocks crash, bitcoin gets all that money as smart money flees first. Real estate taxes are too high and all we need is a downturn and money will fly out of real estate and into bitcoin. Bitcoin plays a role in freeing us, just as the printing press of 1440 freed us from Catholic Church domination. The monopoly on information ended. The current monopoly on money is ending. I don't think the central bank can stop bitcoin, any more than the Church could stop people from using the printing press. Most of the bitcoin holdings by common people are just IOUs. The entities which hold them are pledging the same bitcoins for multiple clients and that is a risk. At the end of this interview, Jesse slips into prediction and all his theories are wrong. Nobody knows when or how bitcoin rallies will occur. There is demand and there is supply and when supply dries up, the price is pushed up by demand.
