The trial of the killer of George Floyd, Derek Chauvin, will begin this week. It was set to begin today, however, third degree murder charges may be added and the judge delayed the trial by a day. Already, we are seeing protestors marching around the court house. Chauvin is charges with manslaughter, second degree, and possibly third degree. Will the Defense be able to hold up?
