A California sheriff's deputy is facing murder charges after authorities say he shot and killed two people at a home in Dublin located in Alameda County. Deputy Devin Williams Jr., 24, has been taken into custody after calling the police station and saying he wanted to surrender. Authorities were first called to the scene overnight and the suspect had fled after two people were fatally shot inside a home.
