Hi, it's Josh with dream body clinic, and today we're going to be answering some questions about growth hormone. Specifically, what are the long term and short term effects of growth hormone? The good thing is there aren't really any negative effect. Typically when taking higher dosis, some patients can develop what's called carpal tunnel syndrome. It's too much fluid on the medial nerve and yeah, it gets tight. However, It's really easy to deal with. You just stop taking the growth hormone for a week. You can then get back on and it'll go away.
Typically with dosis of 2 IUs a day, you're not going to see any problems. It's pretty much all positive benefits from growth hormone. Most people see fat loss, and that's because when you inject it at first binds to your fat cells, it breaks them into triglycerides, which allows your body to flush those cells out and lose the fat.
And if you are consistent, you're just going to grow even more. You end up with more muscle cells, more to work with. You work out, you can have bigger cells, you're going to get bigger and stronger.
