Insufficient Funding

The game is finally starting to get a bit realistic as we have now run out of money and are having to lay-off staff and sell equipment to keep the power on. The prisoners are unhappy as we no longer have any fans to keep this tropical hellhole cool and the lights keep going out. On the plus side, we couldn’t afford the maximum security ward anymore, so our one max security prison is just wandering around the prison looking for a place to sleep. I know this seems bad, but I’m pretty sure that none of our prisoners will ever want to come back, so we might have actually reformed them.
