Rivkah was empathic, which is a reason why G'd placed her soul in Avraham's family in Haran where the family which he left still lived. She had a brother Laban who was not righteous which expressed itself only later, when he had Jacob's wives Rachel and leah (he cheated 'with' them to have Jacob stay long in Haran to exploit his presence and labor). Rivkah loved every day's sounds and colors of hidden kindness. Jabob's mother Rivkah was modest and empathic when she thought that nobody would notice (also when she gave Eliezer, a stranger to her, water and watered his camels in addition, which implied performing hard work since water had to be drawn from the well). Later she became more 'assertive' than she probably had been.
Women who are empathically inclined do not necesserily always need to only employ their personality traits and gifts in private, though. They are not possessions of some people's doctrines as if they are not 'humble enough' if they somethimes express themselves publicly. They can express themseves in small and feel rewarded in a small setting if they find the uniqueness of others interesting enough and (sometimes 'because') G'd is 'interesting' enough
Laban had diferent gilgulim ('reincarnations') one of which was the husband of Avigail (similar traits displayed), who became the wife of King David.
What if G'd sees humans sometimes along the person of Rivkah, and 'compares' them with her? Especially the Nation(s) of Yisrael. Rivkah at the well with Eliezer 'it' went fast while Laban wanted them to tarry (as he did later with Jacob) because there was something in there for him while Eliezer insisted that they departed. Maybe G'd wants to arrange a similar situation in which Yisrael (and after them nations) will move quickly towards Heaven's appointed much needed redemption may soon be His Will of kindness
I added this short video bc some whom I know in person and may review this, are not well versed in TeNaCh ('old testament') but 'who is' because the hidden stories are infathomable yet one of their main intentions is to bring persons closer to G'd (each according to their experiences, person and spiritual inclination)

I ges that is what Jews always did and and do, rightfully so because tenach is a personal communcation which is a spiritual life-line (if only some understood) and little in common with politics (unless we compare 'situaions', for instance the person of esau and the person of Jacob)
