The basic concept of Liebscher & Bracht for Bone Muscle Pains is simple: your muscles work antagonistic, meaning: while one is contracted the next one is stretched. This is how it normally functions but not if you sit the whole day or any other monoton position for your body. So you risk to shorten the sinews and that will bring you pain. So what you have to do is: stretch your system. For your lower Back: You stand and put your hands on your Popo and turn your body towards your hands backwards as far and long as you can get (alternative: as often as possible). After fews days your pains are gone ....I did it and it worked.
