More questions than answers re. whoever this character Hugo is… or more importantly, “who is he working for?” There are at least a few channels on BitChute who work for the 77th Brigade. They work in teams, leave comments open, then delete all negative comments and block users who call them out. They also close their comments whenever they must “go out of town” for some strange reason.
