Communists in D.C. try to burn American flag

The video below shows an unidentified communist setting one flag on fire and tossing it on the ground in apparent fear of the flames. Immediately following that, a proud patriot rushes in to retrieve the flag and stop it from burning. The communists then respond by chanting, "America was never great."
