“Just as the Person of Christ the God-man is one and unique, so is the Church founded by Him, in Him, and upon Him…. The principal Tradition, the transcendent Tradition, of the Orthodox Church is the living God-man Christ, entire in the theanthropic Body of the Church of which He is the immortal, eternal Head. This is not merely the message, but the transcendent message of the holy apostles and the holy fathers.”
St. Justin Popović (+1979), the great twentieth century theologian of Serbia, masterfully expounds upon the truth that Christ, comprised of both Head and Body, is His Church, the Body of Christ, and specifically those four attributes the Holy Fathers of the Second Ecumenical Council handed down to us: one, holy, catholic, and apostolic.
The meaning of Theanthropic: divine (in Greek theos = God) and human (in Greek anthropos = man); the Theanthropos = the God-Man, i.e. Jesus Christ, the incarnate Son of God.

Troparion to St. Justin: “Let us honor with splendor the divinely inspired theologian, the wise Serb Justin, who by the scythe of the Holy Spirit hath thrashed the error of atheism and the insolence of the Latins, being a mystic of the God-man and lover of piety, crying out: Glory to Christ Who hath glorified thee, glory to Him Who hath crowned thee, glory to Him Who hath rendered thee a luminary to those who are in a state of darkness.”
