This is a series called "Public Nuts" where we document individuals that are acting like a nutcase in public.

In this episode, our crews caught two shameless individuals while on board Foothill Transit's Silver Streak (Westbound). A gentlemen on a cellular phone conversing very loudly, and later another individual drinking alcohol.

Recording in public spaces is 1st Amendment Protected Activity. What your eyes can see cannot be trespassed, there are no expectation to privacy while out in public areas.
