Sabaton - Great war OST

Rarely in history so many have suffered so much for so little as in the battle of Passchendaele. During the 3 months of the battle both sides of the war suffered massive losses and the battle has become one of the landmarks of the great war. The battle was made even harder to endure by the heaviest rainfall in decades drowning many soldiers in the muddy fields. Over 40,000 bodies were never recovered from the battle and still today the earth beneath the fields of Passchendaele are full of grenade shells, barbed wire and bodies which constantly reminds the local population of what happened there.
