The Missing Presidential Seal and Presidential Flag Observation & Discussion (4/8/20)

This report shows and discusses the observed code found in the missing presidential seal and flag that was originally observed on 03-14-20. The missing items have generated much discussion as to what the missing items could possibly suggest but with no hard evidence to prove such claims, we can begin to better understand the observation by first observing what is observable in the dates of 03-13-20 and 03-14-20.
