Duke Caribbean - Life's a Beach is an authorized 3rd-party add-on for Duke Nukem 3D. It was developed by Sunstorm Interactive and released by WizardWorks.
Duke's going to the Caribbean for a vacation, but unfortunately the aliens had a similar idea.
The add-on replaces the usual enemy, weapons and assets graphics with vacation-themed ones. Duke and all enemies are wearing vacation outfits, the pistol is replaced with a water gun, the pumpgun is replaced with a super-soaker, medpacks are replaced by bananas, etc.
