Just get some sunshine folks. And don't use the toxic cancer causing sun screens. Real Coconut oil is better.
You can still get rays even if it's cloudy.
I don't know if chemtrail sky blocks rays or not.
If you get sunburn during a chemtrails sky, then you'll know.
Daily 10-30 minutes in the sun, however long your skin type allows before sunburn. Is healthier than taking rat poison which does no good.
After watching this, you all might want to research every kind of supplement and vitamin your taking. And what company owns it. And their history. Etc.
