This is a series called "Public Nuts" where we document individuals that are acting like a nutcase in public.

In this episode, one our viewers (OC Bus Fan) sent this video to our network who documented a gentleman who wanted off a moving bus. This incident occurred on OCTA Route 54 (Eastbound) fleet number 5133 near the Orange Transportation Center.
