It's probably the worst thing in this great DLC, but it's not too difficult if you know the right timing. We've still no luck in finding that guy's dead brother, but we get that last crumpet and turn in that side quest finally. We also encounter a side quest where we can purchase an amulet. You don't have to buy it if you don't want to because you can also punch him to complete the quest, but you will receive no amulet. There's an achievement for purchasing the amulet and it'll cost you up to a minimum of $125,000 so make sure you've been grinding for that cash. Sometimes it can cost up to over $800,000 but I think that's on harder playthroughs.
