This is what I usually eat if I don’t go out. Buy an air fryer folks. The link below is an affiliate link btw but I don’t care if you press it. Just make sure you don’t buy the Phillips air fryer because it sucks. Anything by Ninja is great. I spend that long cooking per day. Sometimes I do that twice per day if I feel like it. Then I put the air fryer in the dishwasher.

Cook from frozen at 400 degrees. If the steak is thicker (1.5 inches), try 9 mins per side.

I hate cooking. This is the way to go if you want productivity.
