Fourth revision to my target seeking tank AI. Made some major improvements under the hood to account for different speed tanks and varying projectile velocities. I've also managed to get these tanks hitting moving targets. Still haven't removed the session end when hitting the targets but I decided to go in a different direction with moving targets and eventually moving to an adversarial play model.
