Thousands of Female Council Workers March Through Glasgow in Equal Pay Row

Thousands of female council workers and supporters marched through Glasgow on October 23, as part of a demonstration against a gender pay gap that protesters say exists in the council. The walkout began at 7am and saw workers march to George Square, where speakers delivered speeches in support of the cause.
