Fascinating and wide-ranging conversation with Dr. Nick Begich, author of several books on current day militarized science and technology, including Angels Don't Play This HAARP with writer Jeanne Manning, Earth Rising: Toward a Thousand Years of Peace, Earth Rising: The Betrayal of Science, Society, and the Soul, both with the late James Roderick, and Controlling the Human Mind: Technological Tools for Social and Political Control, public speaker, as well as a poet and creator of a new Sound-focused album of Music and Poetry in collaboration with musicians.
One of the foremost researchers and writers in the area of weaponized energy and so-called “dual-use' technologies which now have been fully incorporated into the Surveillance technology arsenal of the Department of Justice as well as being used in military Electronic Warfare, Dr. Begich notes that the dangers posed by these technologies is now in full evidence today, as even whistleblowers who speak out against government corruption report retaliation with stealth weaponry against them, and the rollout of various invasive surveillance technologies continues.
Speaking broadly of the state of affairs in our modern Surveillance state and global polity, he notes that we are headed in dangerous directions if we as a society permit repressions of basic human rights and freedoms by those globalists we haven't even elected into power—but who now establish authoritarian control through centrally governed programs far from our local and community concerns. Focusing especially on the trampling of free speech and free expression, he explores the need for acceptance, not tolerance of everyone's freedom of speech, however repugnant somebody's views may be, instead of criminalizing and marginalizing some, which inevitably will end in censorship of all—something we are seeing today in the actions of tech giants like Google and Youtube and Twitter, where shadowbanning and stripping from search engines has become the norm.
The solution to increased repression, he says, is going inward to our own power centers and acting outwardly based on our own individual vision, power and perspective; if each of us did that we would be able to access not merely the divinity in our own selves but communicate always and insistently with the divinity in each other; this will be our key to evolving out of negative paradigms and shifting our consciousness collectively upward as a species. The solution is recognizing our own individual sovereignty, and taking hold of our own inner power, as well as honoring and respecting the sovereignty of others.
Again, energies and frequencies have a great part to do with change; while our political controllers strive to keep us held back in fear and anger, we need to rise upward into calmer, creative states of awareness where we can access our innermost selves and project our most powerful gifts and intentions into the world. The path forward will open by itself, he says, as we step forward into just the first step of being in resonance with our selves and doing just what we are led to do individually and creatively in the present moment.
Exploring his own interests, Nick also relays a recent creative pursuit exploring Sound vibrations where he pulled together poems written out of a seven-year sojourn in wilderness in a musical collaboration merging the voiced poems with musical compositions from musicians and audio producers, inclusive of drums and Tibetan bells.
