When I was a child growing up in the 1980s, the radio was my main way of discovering music. I often used to sit in my bedroom listening while doing stuff or making mixtapes. Today we're bombarded with multimedia and music has become much more of a visual thing. I'm not necessarily against that, as video done well can compliment a song, but sometimes it's nice to just listen without any other senses being involved. So I've decided to do a new series called In The Room, which is basically just me in my rawest form, in a room with acoustic guitar singing into one room mic. That's refreshing for me because I don't have much technology in the way and hopefully for you, it's a more direct, immediate way to enjoy the songs. I'll add more episodes as and when I feel to. Enjoy!
