Batsugun is a vertically scrolling shoot'em up by Toaplan. It came out first in the arcades and was ported to the Saturn several years later. The game lets you choose between three different characters. Apart from normal power-ups, there is also an exp meter which will fill if you shoot enemies. Once the meter is full, you reach new level and get a weapon upgrade.
