Hey Guys, this is my quick review on the Vert Shock Pro jump training system by Adam Folker and Justin 'Jus Fly'. If you want to see my full review and my Vert Shock results go to

What Is Vert Shock?
Vert Shock Pro is a new revolutionary system for increasing an athlete's vertical jump by stimulating the nervous system via verqtical shock exercising.
I decided to go with the Vert Shock program since the guys who created it have a big reputation to their name, starting with Justin Darlington, who's known more as Justin 'Jus Fly'. At the moment, Jus Fly is one of the hottest names in the world of dunking, winning every dunk competition out there, including the Nike Dunk Contest with Lebron James and Anthony Davis.
The other guy who's responsible for creating Vert Shock Pro is Adam Folker. Folker was a Division 1 player and now he's playing basketball professionally overseas, it's on his name that the Folker System is called after.
My Vert Shock Results
Before doing Vert Shock I tried many programs and workouts, such as Air Alert (1&2&3), strength shoes, BeachBody workouts, plyometrics exercises and what not...!? They all worked more or less but I could never get more than 5-6 inches from them. Plus, as soon as I changed my workouts or stopped training, the results usually disappeared.
Anyway after trying all these things and failing miserably I decided to give Vert Shock a try and I'm so happy I did. The vertical shock program delivered what it promised and I gained 9 inches over the course of 8 weeks (see the progress on my blog).
As for the Vert Shock workouts themselves they're structured in a very sophisticated way and the program has some amazing advanced techniques to help maximize your vertical.
Is Vert Shock Legit or A Scam?
Vert Shock is very much a legit program, it's not a scam like many other programs that promise unrealistic results in an unrealistic time-frame. The people who created it are two very reputable individuals and their name is attached to it, because of that Vert Shock is one of the most legitimate systems you'll ever encounter and it's definitely not a scam.
On top of that, they have all the proof in the world, there are so many Vert Shock reviews on youtube and facebook of people sharing their positive experience with this program.
Ever since the program was released it has provided results consistently to many athletes and there are lots of testimonials about the program that speak only good of it.
If you want to see more Vert Shock reviews you're welcome to checkout the testimonials section on the official site.
How Does Vert Shock Work?
Vert Shock basically works by shocking the nervous system through vertical shock exercises (hence the name Vert Shock) and making your muscles more explosive. It does so by 3 phases which are the Pre-Shock phase, Shock Phase and Post-Shock phase.
