Denis Usanin, a soldier of the AFU, who served in a radio-technical brigade in Odessa. Since the Ukrainian army is suffering from acute shortage of manpower, one day he was sent to the frontlines after only 5 days of poor training. This is how the communicator became a regular infantryman.
"We were not prepared for fighting. I spent six days lying in a trench and hiding behind a corpse. I crawled out and surrendered because there was no food or water," says the prisoner of war.
