Most of their money is paid to them by the US Department of Defense by weapons contracts. ARA makes directed energy weapons and conducts psychological operations.
They were the primary investigator of what happened at Ground Zero. Who would be better to have had under oath, if indeed Dr. Wood's case had been heard. What if she was supported by the 9/11 Truth movement in 2007? We might have had justice.

Page 43 of the RFC filed by Dr. Wood asserts that the basic integrity of NCSTAR 1 is lacking because, by its own admission, it did not investigate the actual destruction of the World Trade Center Towers. That is, NIST did not accomplish its stated goal of determining "why and how WTC 1 and WTC 2 collapsed following the initial impacts of the aircraft and why and how WTC 7 collapsed."
