Sweet Savage - 02 - Into the Night

Here is the second track of the Demo '81 demo by the Irish heavy metal band Sweet Savage. The song is called Into the Night. Sweet Savage formed in Belfast in 1979. The band would not get any material out until this demo was released in 1981. The band would released three singles after this. They released Take No Prisoners in 1981, Straight Through the HEart in 1983 and The Raid in 1985. They would break up in 1989, and htey got back together in 1996, They released two albums enetitled Killing Time and Rune in 1996 and 1998 before breaking up a second time. The band reformed in 2008. As far as I know, they are still together as of now, but their last release was in 2011. The band is best known for having Vivian Campbell of Def LEppard on guitar in their early days and for Metallica covering their song Killing Time.
