The cart itself, which these two Jehovah's Witnesses are sitting besides, as well as the literature contains the JW.org logo which is the registered trade mark for the multi-billion dollar business, which was incorporated in the State of Pennsylvania in December 1884. As these two JWs are promoting an American business, which has issued shares to shareholders (see the booklet Facts for Shareholders published by the Watchtower), they have no more right to privacy than a politician canvassing for votes door to door.
