Me and Kurg Jr. perused the local restaurant supply store and spotted a lot of cool toys. Can I afford any of them? No. So I bought a wok for $16.
I've included the firecracker shrimp recipe i've been using. I stole it from Bonefish Grille, and added one tablespoon honey to it. Feel free to adjust it as you wish. I.e. add cayenne pepper, etc.
If you can't read my writing I'll help out in the comments.
1 lb. Shrimp deveined and peeled
1/2 cup mayo of your choice (or make your own)
1/4 cup Thai sweet chili garlic sauce
1/4 tsp sriracha sauce
1/2 cup buttermilk to soak shrimp
3/4 cup cornstarch to coat shrimp
1 tablespoon honey
Some frying oil of your choice
1. In bowl mix mayo, sriracha, honey, Thai sauce. Stir well. Set aside.
2. Add 5-6 shrimp to buttermilk. Shake off excess. Coat with cornstarch. Shake off excess.
3. Fry in oil for 2 minutes each side. Set aside on paper towels. Cook rest of shrimp the same way.
4. Combine shrimp with sauce and place onto a salad of your choice. Or eat them without the salad.
Just don't eat them while you're being injected with a fake covid vaccine!

Per the CDC the VAERS system represents just a fraction of the overall death and injury events. You should multiply the result by 10 for a more accurate severe event, and by nearly 100 for all events including minor events.
