Back story and inspiration for this video - I heard this from a female friend a year or two ago. I forgot exactly how she worded it, but it was something to the effect of in business don't always make yourself easily available to everybody who wants your time. Even if you do have a little free time, don't say "yes" to just any ol' person. Have standards who you give your time to. What she said really stuck in my mind.
