#JordanPeterson has really helped inspire me to go after my goals and stick with the progress. Along with his message, his diet knowledge also works very well for my body type. Since April 2018 I have been consuming under 30g of carbs a day, many days consuming 0g. This, along with half-heartedly following an intermitten fasting schedule and training Brazilian Jiujitsu has helped me drop 60lbs/27kg from April 2018 until current day.
