Colonel Allen West - Was His Wife's DUI Arrest A Bad Arrest? My Evaluation Of The Stop & DUI Tests

In my opinion, 30 plus year in Law Enforcement, a certified Drug Recognition Expert (DRE), years of testifying in court on DUI arrest and other topics. This was a horrible arrest, bad DUI test, bad explanations, confusing instructions and nothing buy a STAT arrest for a BS felony arrest pin.
