The Gail Shield is working, but some of the newscasters seem to try and discourage people from doing some of the Gail Commandments. If it's safe to do them, you should do them. My Gail Shield is working on this hurricane. Don't believe the nonsense that it's unsafe to walk outside (after the hurricane passes) because of air pollution caused by the hurricane's aftermath. I'm super cleaning my apartment and have vacuumed everywhere. I went for a walk outside this morning. I took a shower already. I dusted. I'm eating balanced meals. I am DOING THE GAIL COMMANDMENTS. And I'm making lots of YouTube videos (that commandment is for me ALONE). I will go to bed early tonight and make sure to get 8 hours of sleep. Of course, I take my Seroquel, too.
