Carter investigates and learns that the show hooks its viewers, including Max, with an addictive subliminal signal. Grossberg at Network 66 looks for a way to get his hands on the system, and after Big Time ceases the Broadcast, Edison must stop Max from airing it on 23 before their license gets pulled for broadcasting an illegal signal.
