What I think is happening with Kim Jong Un in regards to his surgery and recovery. As well as learning about the tourist/port city of Wonsan, where the Kim Family have a compound and where Kim Jong Un apparently spent much of his childhood. This is also where Kim Il Sung returned from his 26 year exile from Korea with the backing of the Soviets. Kim's train has been sighted at the railway station adjacent to the compound in recent days, and given that he may be in a weakened state it seems like the most logical place for him to recover.
