Hunger relief can result in larger numbers of hungry people - and it has. Obviously, family planning is an important part of hunger relief. A growing population raises rents, lowers wages and has already resulted in food and water shortages, as well as a shortage of arable land - which has led to conflict. The guy who made the video is being honest about his opinion of being asked to finance a pending disaster. Obviously, such relief would be more appealing to donors if it included family planning.
