We head over to Three Horns Valley and come across the abandoned Happy Pig Motel. After the place is powered back up, some post office manager wants some packages delivered to a bayside bandit village over in Split Skull Bay. This is where we are introduced to timed and failable missions. Missions like these must be completed within the alotted time and/or escort still alive or the mission will fail and you must try again. For this side mission, BEFORE you start it, drive a vehicle close to the village as possible and eliminate every bandit. After that, make your way back to the motel on foot and start the mission. Use the Catch-A-Ride to teleport to your vehicle NOT respawn it. From there, you can deliver the packages without any distractions.
