Well, this Chapter proves that Fauci just inherited the fruit from and follows the "principles" of the USA Paper Clip Operation. Fauci is just a product of the System of Government that ran the "Paper Clip" and then carried out the Tuskegee etc.. So, Don't just blame everything on this Fauci alone! HE IS NOT the big fish! He just follows order! That's why they have protected him well! He is still there despite all of that!
