Maybe it will for you too.
At Night I play this in a loop ,repeating a single 🌞short positive affirmation phrase in my mind.(a prayer, a promise, positive affirmation , a need ect) .(whatever is on your mind)
It can be a simple thought that matches beat.
Then repeat it to the rhythm of the drum beat so it all flows together.
I used Ableton LIVE to create the Deep Bass / Theta Wave at 6hz.
I Played bass Guitar on this .
I incorporated Stereo Panning to roll the Binaural effect from Right to Left ears for added Depths.

Binaural effect is created when you send 2 tones simultaneously and directly to the left and Right Ear ) without headphone it's just white noise.
