A warning to the parents of Africans engaging in turf wars in Ireland from a Nigerian woman
A Nigerian woman living in Ireland has warned the parents from the African communities whose children are engaging in turf wars here that they must come together to solve the problem. The woman published two videos about the violence on her youtube channel called "Real talk with Glo".
"The children have become terrorists. They are terrorising themselves. There is this craziness about children having territorial war, shall I call it. This is going on because a certain group of kids believe that because your parents decides to rent a house in a specific location, that you become their enemy."
Glo said she was now making the video in response to footage which emerged of African children brawling at the Red Cow Inn on New Year's Day. African children had booked the venue to hold a party.

Glo says African children are not permitted to enter the respective territories of other the African children or they will be attacked and this was cause of the brawl at the Red Cow Inn in Ballymount. Glo also mentions other hotspots as being Tallaght, Lucan, Dublin city and Blachardstown.
"The issue is that the children have made themselves lords and masters. They feel as if you come to Blanchardstown and you are from Lucan or Tallaght, then you have disrespected the boys in Blanchardstown...and as a result of that they cause bodily harm to each other and parents are not saying anything. If you don't take to your heels and do something, trust me, you are going to be having children coming back to you in body bags."
Glo referred to the boys as "demon-possessed lunatics" and warned parents that these same boys will be the ones marrying their daughters.
"Innocent people are getting attacked — people who have no business with this situation. Properties are being destroyed."
Glo said she even had information on older men who are encouraging the boys instead of dissuading them. She reminded the African parents that many of them had moved here to have babies so their children could have better lives.
After the Good Friday Agreement was signed in 1998 granting Irish birth-right citizenship to anyone born on the island of Ireland as part of the peace agreement, pregnant women from all over the world started flying into Dublin to deliver their babies with many first filing a spurious asylum claim in order go gain entry to the country. Maternity hospitals begged the government to do something until a referendum was held in 2004 where 80% of the public voted to stop the practice of foreigners using "anchor babies" to gain residency in Ireland.
The 2016 census revealed that a record 3.3% of 10-14 year olds in Ireland were African. That peak can largely be attributed to the period from 1998 to 2004 when birth-right citizenship was a constitutional right.

Glo also placed blame on the parents who work too much in order to buy "cribs" back in their African countries which they only visit for a few weeks a year and neglect to raise their children properly. Glo also blamed the environment of the children at home and the lenient justice system which makes the children think they can get away with anything.
