Neuroscientist Dr. Kevin McCairn has for a year warned about increased number of Mad Cow Disease

For almost a year now, neuroscientist Dr. Kevin McCairn, who's narrating this brief video, has warned about an upsurge of neurological conditions -- particularly mad cow disease, also known as Creutzfeldt-Jakob Disease -- which is caused by Gene Transfer-induced prions.
