Mo'Nique and her publicist/husband were once asked to engage in a sexual encounter with some or all of the following individuals:
Oprah Winfrey
Tyler Perry
Lee Daniels
This was witnessed somehow by Steve Harvey.
She said "NO."
That, according to her recollections, was the end of her Hollywood career.
She was paid $50,000 to perform as the parent in the movie Precious. As far as I'm concerned, offering that sum to a SAG member is an insult...but I digress.
I'm leaving aside my entire transgender rant for this, as it isn't pertinent to the issue at hand.
She won an Oscar, on her own merit. When she was announced and got up on stage, she thanked HERSELF. Sounds like one of my moves. She didn't thank Lee Daniels. I don't believe she needed to. That's something he should have established long before the show (and we all know that the Oscars are merely the prelude to Satanic baccanalia), and he shouldn't have assumed that it's common knowledge for actors to thank producers.
It wouldn't occur to me.
Mo'Nique apparently became frustrated at the lack of movement in her career, and did a stand-up act in which thoe indivuduals were practically called out for their apparent scumbaggery.
From what I have heard, when Mo'Nique contacted these individuals, and they did their two-face routine on her, SHE RECORDED THEM.
That is what prompted the begging from Steve Harvey.
Will she blow the whistle on their scumbaggery pubicly?
That is the $64,000 question.
