All of the Doctor Who 60th Anniversary Specials have come out (The Star Beast, Wild Blue Yonder, The Giggle) and one thing was made apparent. Russell T. Davies just wanted to make Doctor Who Fans mad. All of the changes to the Doctor Who Lore, the Race Swapped Issac Newton, was all there as a distraction for the fans to complain about while ignoring how the 60th Anniversary Specials were still awful without all of that stuff
