Philo Newcombe is a wedding planner and a serial killer. Whenever he gets infatuated with one of his clients he murders their to-be-spouse to make way for his advances, but then gets bored by the ensuing grief and moves on to target somebody new.
A woman who lost her fiancé to Newcombe years ago started tracking his career after getting wind of these recurring tragedies and has found out that Newcombe is currently planning a wedding in Argentina. She has hired 47 to retire Philo Newcombe before he kills again.

I practiced and even started recording a run where I electrocuted Newcombe in the fields at the end of his tour, but his constant complaining about the scrapbook started bugging me and I had to see if it exists and can be somehow interacted with. The electrocution would've been more fun to set up, but much more difficult to actually pull off so I'm sort of glad it worked out this way. I don't like hard work.

This E.T. version of the level has extra pairs of eyes on the vineyard exit and I have no idea how to deal with that situation.
