Too expensive to replace the batteries so the whole scooter is sent to landfill. Imagine when this becomes the cars. Average electric car cost over $25,000.00 UNITED STATES CURRENCY to replace the batteries. You might get 5 years out of the batteries, depending on your use and depending on the climate. At this point, no sense just replacing the batteries, might as well replace the whole car. So where do the old ones go? You tell me.
