In Canada, as with the European countries in this video, Christmas /NYE parties and other small gatherings are canceled, while large events are reduced by 50%. (If infections were truly a concern, large events would be banned instead of small ones, and big box stores would be closed, not small family businesses. But this isn't about health so it doesn't have to make sense, it just has to break the little guy both financially and psychologically.) Are people going to allow this nonsense or rise above it?
